Note: When you call your ads rep, some may not know what you are talking about. Make sure you say “Discovery Campaigns” and not just “Discovery ads”. Some reps will mistake what you want for “Discovery videos” inside of YouTube campaigns – this is not what you want. If needed, have them put you on hold while they ask a more seasoned representative for help.
Once they log your request, it should only take 2-3 days to show up in the dashboard. Once you have Discovery Campaigns accessible, it will look like this.
